My property has been under management with Gibbs Gillespie for approx. 20yrs and so far I have no complaints with their level of service. This was most recently exhibited by the speed of response and overall quality of property management demonstrated by Tara Cooney in making sure that replacement parts needed in the property was carried out quickly and efficiently so my tenants experienced as little inconvenience as possible and my property was properly looked after in the process. THANKS Tara! - keep up the excellent work.

Will be nice to get 10% (including VAT) which I suggested a few times and which the competitor were offering. Should be something Gibbs should consider especially with higher lets and place "icing on the cake" for long term relationships.

The only thing I was but happy with was as a professional I was asked to give a deposit of over ƒâ€š‚£5000 before I could step into the property . It was very stressful to get that sort of money at a short period . That's the only thing that would stop me from renting again from this company . I was told I had to be earning ƒâ€š‚£30000pa to have a low deposit .

The fees are quite steep if you take into account the monthly rental fees as well. For a family on an average income, it's very challenging to move to London from outside the UK, given current exchange rates.
