As tenants living in a property managed by Winkworth Shepherd's Bush, we have been thoroughly happy with them. They have a very professional, well-thought-out approach to their managed properties which help ensure tenants are well cared for and any issues are addressed promptly. In particular, we have been extremely impressed with Cristina Peliza, our property manager. She is highly responsive, extremely efficient and thoroughly customer-focused. Her professionalism, attention to detail, friendly style and unfailing dedication to her work is exemplary, and we feel very lucky to have her as our property manager.

Firstly please accept my apologies for the delay in replying. I am sorry you had a wasted and long trip. I believe that the appointment was booked for 6.30 and that James was at the property on time and waiting to show you the property as scheduled. He had called you many times from 6.30 until 6.45 with no answer. He therefor assumed you were not attending and left the property. At 6.55 you called back to advise you had arrived.
