Iam at this moment waiting to hear when an agent will visit my tenant who is being evicted today.
I have been told by the local office in Grays they no nothing about it and there is only one person in
the office, therefore no person to visit my tenant.
Colchester office, every time you want to speak to somebody they are always at meetings,they never return calls I have to phone for every piece of information regarding non payment of rent. When this went to court I was never advised of any proceedings I had to phone for every bit of information
The paperwork I needed for court wasn't provided because there printer wasn't working A company this size surely have more than one printer.
There is never any sense of urgency or importance when you speak to office staff in fact I think they are not really interested.
What agent could do to change your mind?
The agent could have returned my calls, as a legal team they should have the answers to legal questions not say I will have to come back to you which they never did. I would like to have dealt with one person but the turnover of staff seems to make this impossible ,as a managing agent your company do not manage

What agent could do to change your mind?
The maintenance team never phone you back or tell you to ring back tomorrow when you have water pouring through your ceiling. The whole company has communication issues, they dont speak to each other let alone to you. It would be good if they could stick to their word and give me my deposit back.

Absolutely agree with this.as soon as haart moved to Colchester in an obvious cost cutting excersize, the customer service has all but evaporated!someone needs to investigate the Colchester branch for,quite frankly,unacceptable customer service.you can't just ignore your tenants and landlords for months.I also,as a tenant,do not believe that you 'cant get hold of the landlord' - It's been 11 months,has he/she dissapeared? ...
