The service we have received from Mosley Jarman and their staff during our purchase of our house has been no less than excellent. Jeanette was particularly helpful throughout competitive negotiations helping us to reach agreement. We had a complicated purchase process due to issues with the onward chain, but we were kept informed of any and all developments throughout the process. They also communicated with our solicitors and broker directly to keep them up to date as well. Whilst this should be what all estate agents do, they often do not do it very well! (To say the least after appalling experiences with a certain 'countrywide' estate agent!) All communication was done with patience and courtesy, even when the purchasing difficulties got us all a bit stressed out! We are now very happy in our new home. If we ever sell it - we'll be using Mosley Jarman.
