Jeanette was my primary contact throughout my house purchase. I was looking to find a mortgage advisor and solicitor to assist with the purchase, and Jeanette helpfully recommended possible service providers to me (who were also very professional and efficient). She contacted me proactively on a weekly basis to update me on the sale progress. Even when there was no news to report, Jeanette contacted me anyway to let me know of this, which was greatly appreciated. Jeanette bridged the gap between the solicitors, mortgage advisor and the estate agents smoothly and acted as a central contact for information from these parties. This was my first house purchase and this was therefore very useful, as I wasn't all that familiar with the process of buying, including requirements and my responsibilities. She was always happy to answer my questions and clarify any uncertainties I had.
In her absence, Neil dealt with these updates and was very accommodating to requests, such as a late notice request I made to view the property again just prior to exchange.
I found Jeanette to be a fantastic representative for Mosley Jarman and was very grateful for the level of communication and service she provided throughout the purchase process. Neil was also easy to get in touch with and proactive in communicating in Jeanette's absence. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Mosley Jarman to friends and family or get in touch with Jeanette or Neil when I come to sell my house.
