Professional, polite and a pleasure to work with. Northwood take the stress out of being a landlord. Over the last five years I've found Northwood to be efficient and genuinely determined to match suitable tenants to suitable properties. Had loads of problems when moving in the property with repairs, delays and so on. When moved to the property agent done nothing to repair it, again delays, excuses and so on. My recommendation - AVOID THIS AGENCY....

What agent could do to change your mind?
If the agent would have acted in a more professional manor or if the agents would have taken my complaint more seriously i would of reconsidered.
