Pros
-Moved in quickly
-Flexible when we needed to stay a month longer than anticipated
-Some staff completely professional
Cons
-Unscheduled viewings. On several occasions people just showed up at our property and let themselves in when we were in bed or watching TV. I don't know how many times they went round when we were at work.
-Totally unfair checkout procedure. They took photos in August and we moved in December meaning the property was filthy (especially in the bathroom) We left the property in better state then we found it and still got charged for dust, weeds (even though they told us a gardener was moving in and landscaping the whole lot for free) etc. Some things we agreed to for example cleaning the carpets but basically they just ripped us off for over half the deposit for insignificant or made up things.
-On another property after I handed my notice in they asked if I could move out a week early to accommodate another tenant, I agreed to this to help out and then after I moved out the other tenant backed out and they charged me an extra weeks rent despite the fact I had moved out in time like they asked. I was left in Europe feeling helpless.
-General rudeness/total apathy from some staff
I've just bought a new build home and I am looking to rent it out within the next year before I go travelling. I wouldn't feel right letting this agency look after my property nor would I rent with them again.

We were disappointed that this tenant felt she had to leave such comments and that there are inaccuracies in this review. The vast majority of tenants understand that agents have to act on the advice of qualified engineers when dealing with gas fired heating faults.
