We were first-time (and hopefully, only-time) tenants, seeking accommodation for a family of four whilst our home was being comprehensively remodeled and refurbished. As such we were complete novices having not rented since student days and reliant on the support and advice of staff to guide us through the various processes involved. Staff (with the addition of Daisy Bayliss to those identified above) were able to offer vieiwings of only suitable properties avoiding any wasted effort. Once a property of the right type in the most effective location (ie. close to our home) became available they moved to secure a viewing and the subsequent tenancy with a speed that was entirely consistent with our requirements. Following an uneventful six-month tenancy, they provided information regarding any possible extension requirements and closure of the tenancy to ensure that we met our obligations to the landlord in good time. Obviously the return of a full deposit refund has coloured this review somewhat but I would wholeheartedly recommend the Winkworth, Shepherd's Bush lettings team to other families in our position.
