This agent went out of his way to facilitate my sale and move, from the valuation though viewings to the final move, which was beset by snags and delays. When my buyer was late in completing, resulting in cancelations with the removals company they burned telephone lines to get alternative dates arranged, so I didn't get involved with having to rent temporary accomodation.

I think the fees were pretty reasonable, and lower than most quotes I had.
