I would highly recommend Mosley Jarman to anyone looking to sell a house in the area.
My first contact was with Nick who carried out the valuation of the property and spent time talking to me about the valuation and the current house selling market. Once I had instructed Mosley Jarman Neil took over looking after the marketing of the property, he spent time making sure that he was completely statisfied with the photos of the house before producing the brochure and once the property went on the internet he arranged a launch day at the house and booked in the viewings. I was delighted to get the full asking price for the house within the first week of the house going on the market.
Once the sale had been agreed Neil kept me informed at all times of the progress being made, he worked closely with my buyer and both solicitors to ensure that we all worked towards the same completion date and 6 weeks after the offer had been accepted we exchanged contracts.
I was extremely pleased with how professionally and efficiently Neil dealt with the sale and made the whole process from start to finish stress free.
