We recently had an issue at our property on a very stormy weekend - and Shavonne did a really nice job of arranging for contractors at short notice, keeping the tenants calm and letting us know immediately and keeping us in the loop on progress. There were a couple of delays, and Shavonne followed up to keep everything on track - she was genuinely concerned about our property and kept on top of the issue until it was resolved- thanks for your dedication, Shavonne!

Will be nice to get 10% (including VAT) which I suggested a few times and which the competitor were offering. Should be something Gibbs should consider especially with higher lets and place "icing on the cake" for long term relationships.

The only thing I was but happy with was as a professional I was asked to give a deposit of over ƒâ€š‚£5000 before I could step into the property . It was very stressful to get that sort of money at a short period . That's the only thing that would stop me from renting again from this company . I was told I had to be earning ƒâ€š‚£30000pa to have a low deposit .

The fees are quite steep if you take into account the monthly rental fees as well. For a family on an average income, it's very challenging to move to London from outside the UK, given current exchange rates.
