Key West seem to be the preeminent smaller firm in the Narborough Road corridor. I sold my house on Hopefield Road via them. At first they seemed personable and proactive, there's no corporate smarm. Their commission rates are negotiable; for a sole agent contract I managed to agree a fixed-fee sliding scale which worked out at 1.63% inc VAT once my property was sold for close to asking price. I write that and I think ¢â‚¬Å“hang on, I've given them £2,000. What did they actually do?¢â‚¬Â As far as I can see, they placed my property on their website and Rightmove etc and fielded a lot of calls ¢â‚¬â€œ mainly from me as the process became close to negligent. My partner and I hosted every viewing, we conducted all the negotiating and were forced to do all the spade work whilst the incredibly slow sale went through. In the midst of all this, we were thrown false narratives (or quite frankly utter bulls***) about what they were doing, whom they were contacting and the status of the application. Oh and Pinocchio must have trained some of the staff when it came to saying if an agent was in the office! They may also want to learn how to press hold on their phone rather than leave it on loud speaker when the agent decides to curse their client. Most tellingly when the transaction hung on tenterhooks, it was me the client who had to unravel the confusion. Holding a transaction together is the job of the agent ¢â‚¬â€œ it's certainly something Key West prides themselves in. I wouldn't be so confident if I were them. Ultimately, I sold my property for near asking price but this was down to me, not them! I wouldn't use Key West again for the reasons above.

HI Katie We cannot force entry into a house the tenants refuse access to. We are in a pandemic and therefore if a group of tenants say we cannot enter, we cannot. We apologised at the time, however you were provided with a video of the property. You are blaming us for something out of our control.
