The team were helpful when I rang into the office and I felt that they acted professionally in the selling of my property. The lady who came to prepare the contract / take photo's was extremely helpful, very professional and gave me confidence in using Entwistle Green.
Viewings were organised efficiently both by the Rawtenstall office and also by the Bury office. Feedback after viewings however, was not always forthcoming with me usually having to contact the office to obtain it. Perhaps an email could have been sent immediately as feedback was obtained from viewers or stating the current situation in relation the office trying to contact them for feedback?
Overall however, it was a positive experience which resulted in a successful sale. Many thanks.
