I tried to buy a property through them and I had the most terrible service.
The estate agent lady who was dealing with us was the most arrogant, rude and untrusted person I could have met.
Definitely and clearly she was after her commission only. After I went through all the paper work of mortgage, solicitors and surveyors, paying the expenses of everything, they gazumped me. Two weeks after that, when they realised they couldn't sell the property for higher price than we offered, they decide to call us back to ask if we were still interested on the property!! We couldn't believe it.
Don't use this company, they have the most terrible customer service ever seen!!
