Stacey gave us a valuation which turned out to be very accurate, and gave good advice on marketing the property. We received our first offer within 4 days, and shortly afterwards sold for the asking price. Various members of staff at Witham kept in touch regularly to advise us on progress. We have now exchanged contracts. At all times the staff at Witham friendly and knowledgeable.
