I raised my dispute on the 10th Aug. I never received a reply. I followed up via email on the 19/08/19, 27/08/19, & 04/09/19. This is a clear example of how your company runs - ensure it looks good from the outside! When processing deposits we are led by landlords and do follow the TDS guidelines and give all tenants the opportunity to dispute any charges that we put forward. We would never take any money from a tenants deposit until we come to a resolution. If you are not happy with the charges and we cannot agree then we will encourage you to take the dispute to the TDS to adjudicate.
