Stayed with them for 6 month, the worst agency in London by far. Do not rent with them!
Every time we have had an issue they always say they will get back to us, just to delay the problem.
The property they rented us was dirty, still they claim they paid £ 310 for professional cleaning (but they cannot provide an invoice for the property cleaning), and the garden was full of unwanted ruins from previous house modifications, which they never cleared.
It took them 3 month to remove bulky items from the permise. We literally had a room full of unwanted items for two month,
A month later they asked us to move the bulky items to the front and did not order a council collection until we exhausted them with several emails and calls.
When we moved into the property there was no gas for the first 3 days!

When we were renting this place 18 months ago we really enjoined how friendly, professional and helpful the agency was and if you asked us than we would recommend them to anyone! That has changed now and I would definitely say - stay away from them.
During the tenancy, they were responsive to one or two issues that we had. We had small clashes with them on couple of occasions, for example after our 1 year when our contract expired they wanted to force us to agree to another 6 months unbreakable clause where clearly the contract said that it only applies to the first year. They backed out when we said we want them to take that up with the owner.
The moving out showed us their real face as they wanted to charge us a crazy amount for the damages that everyone would otherwise consider a normal wear and tear. They have also claimed we did damages we certainly did not but had no way of proving as the initial inventory were certainly not as detailed as the exit one.
Stay away. I would most certainly do if I knew before how they will treat us.

Northview have been managing my property for a while now. they helped me carry out an eviction on my tenant as she was not paying rent and the previous agent i was using did not seem capable to do it. SO i went to Northview. and they got my tenant out very smoothly and quickly and then they relet it and i now have great paying tenants. very grateful to them as they saved me a lot of money.

He didn't clean the windows in between tenants which were caked in old bird droppings.
To his credit, the bed (which I believe had been soiled by a dodgy old man who lived upstairs and had a pigeon obsession, as the security in the building, according to a previous tenant, had historically been quite bad) was replaced but it did take a week. The door in the flat below mine was eventually fixed but it was left ajar for about 15 days prior to that (even after I'd reported it to both the landlord and Northview's admin account).
One thing that was never fixed was the interior wall in the bedroom which housed a family of mice. The previous tenant had apparently told the landlord about this before I'd moved in. The pest control "expert" that was sent to check did find a hole in the flat above mine that may have contributed to the problem but accorinding to the landlord, all he did was fill it up with glue. As a result, I was forced to sleep in the living room for most of the month that I stayed there as the scratching noises made by the mice grew louder.
I hold Northview partially responsible for this as the entire time, the landlord would use Spyros as a shield whenever I wanted to discuss terminating the tenancy. It often felt as though Spyros' attempts to mediate the situation were doing more harm than good by prolonging it. Because of the support that Northview offered him, the landlord felt emboldened to threaten me with a lawsuit when I first tried to leave, would delay references and then attempt to charge me for cleaning that took place before I'd moved in (even though one of big issues with the flat was the fact that it had been filthy when I'd moved in). Both Hackney Council and the Mayor of London's office have been notified of this and my only hope if that when the new regulations come in this October, the rogue landlord in question will be unable to rent to unsuspecting tenants ever again.
