As stated in my previous post, on moving to the property and paying in excess of £3000/- in deposit and rent to move in, only to discover no heating in the property and the toilet does not flush well—The 2 main things in a property which one really worries about.

Although this review is unlikely to have any impact on the agency or landlord in question, due to the high need for rentals and resultant limitation of the market they hold, it felt important for me to feedback my experience.
I am so disappointed with this agency for allowing the landlord to treat us so poorly (or perhaps it wasn't the landlord and just them) and not advocating for us as renters in today's market.
