What agent could do to change your mind?
Midas Property management could have completed all repairs to comply with the law of the land.They could have also issued me with a section 21 to comply with the law of the land instead they carried out an illegal eviction.

As many tenant know, Bonds are not paid to us only Deposits are. These are protected by the Deposit Protection Service as a matter of the Law. Deposits will not be returned if the property is left in a state of disrepair and/or the tenant leaves owing rent arrears. We then have to provide proof to the DPS before they repay the deposits to the correct person. I can only assume this tenant has left the property in a dirty condition or has had rent arrears! Maybe "Michelle" done both!? ...

Everybody in this Great city knows that Midas Property Management is Liverpool's number 1 rogue property lettings agency.They where prosecuted by Liverpool city council in December 2013 and found guilty of a whooping 52 offences under the 2007 housing act.They could also be facing prosecution for the condition of at least three other properties this year. Don't Use This Agent! ...

Everybody knows Midas is Liverpool's number one rogue agency.The company has been on the news all over this city following its prosecution by Liverpool city council on the 17th December 2013 regarding another property!!!! ...
