We are so impressed and can't thank the team enough for their professionalism selling our house. From start to finish communication has been thorough and prompt. The support and enthusiasm was 100% Michael Jan & Rory were all involved at different stages and the consistency was excellent .
We will have great pleasure and confidence recommending to others .

Five-star customer service from start to Finish
The team at Michael J Chapman Estate Agents were exceptional from start to finish.
During the initial selling stages communication was excellent and the viewing process didn't disrupt us in the slightest - it felt they were being really selective over who viewed our property which I valued immensely.
Once we had accepted an offer (after only five viewings) we were really looked after and any queries were smoothed out straight away.
I was really impressed with the ongoing communication and never felt kept in the dark or left wondering how the sale was progressing. We were always looped-in and I really appreciated that.
I would recommend Michael J Chapman Estate Agents to anyone selling their property and wouldn't hesitate to use them again, their customer service is outstanding.

Michael and his team have been invaluable during the purchase of our property (for buy to let) through to marketing and sourcing a suitable tenant. His unflappable nature and willingness to go that extra mile on behalf of his customers is a breath of fresh air! We had dealings with another Cheshire estate agent at the same time for the purchase of another property and the 2 services were like chalk and cheese. Michael really looks after his clients and is a really genuine professional estate agent - you get the feeling that each client is very important to him, it's not based on numbers - there has never been a time when we've felt like we've been brushed off. Equally his staff, Rory and Jan have been great too - always approachable, always helpful - honest and genuine. This review may sound very smarmy but we really don't have any negative comments to make - Michael and his team deserve to win as much business in and around Cheshire as they can - the experience has been brilliant and we can't recommend the agency highly enough.
