Having had a thoroughly disappointing experience with another sales agent I was very skeptical when I contacted Matthew James.
This was such a different experience. From the start Matthew was positive, efficient and a pleasure to deal with. When I lost the first sale the flat was back on the market and sold again in a few days. Throughout nothing was to much, and as I live some distance from the property I had to rely on their services more than most. I was regularly kept informed and I have not hesitation in recommending Matthew James as pleasant and professional agent.
