I would rather give 0 star if it is possible.
A totally unreliable and unprofessional agent I would say.
They never respond to tenant’s emails and calls. They arrange viewing without seeking tenant’s permission and thought they got the automatic right to enter a rented property by giving a 24-hour notice. They don’t even give any notices or give a notice less than 24 hours.
The staff is rude and disrespectful and think they may bully you as they have been bullying university students in Selly Oak.
Avoid this agent at all costs for both landlords and tenants to stay out of trouble!!!!!!
