What agent could do to change your mind?
The house is in good order - we are very clean and are careful about the place. We paid our rent six months in advance and hoped to do so for a second six months. We are good people and don't deserve this treatment from them. They are a scary bunch and I was scared to mention the overcharge of rent or the leaky shower head etc. Who do they think they are!!! They could change their attitude. I've always been a homeowner so new to the tenant thing and this has scared the hell out of me.
