What agent could do to change your mind?
I would not recommend Leaders agency. From the outset they have been unhelpful and slow to respond. I do not feel that they are trustworthy and that they are just out to take your money.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed).
