Would never ever use leaders again they couldn't manage their way out of a paper bag let alone manage a property. I'd give minus if I could for service. Left me without hot water and central heating so far for 6 days which has had a mental and physical impact on my wellbeing. I have today called environmental health and will be taking this further legally. Landlord is Not interested despite the fact he's getting ripped off. Leaders are a joke - avoid at all costs!! ...

Leaders are an agent for the landlord and act on his instruction. The check out report completed in early December reported that cleaning was required compared to the inventory completed prior to the start of your tenancy. Your landlord asked us to instruct a cleaning company and a copy of the invoice was forwarded onto you, once received from the contractor. The contractor's company name and contact details are noted on the invoice provided, therefore you could have contacted them to verify ...
