VERY BAD - Ridiculous that you charged a £30 fee for each tenant for a reference when the landlord wanted to move back in. it was not our choice to leave and you didn't give us any other option than to go with another agent as our experience with your branch has been agonising and when we requested to view your properties no one responded or called to arrange. To argue that we need to pay for a cleaning fee off our deposit when the house was discracefuly left to us when we moved in. With faeces in the toilet and mould in the kitchen - electrical wires hanging in the bedroom not to forget the ceiling light fittings that had burnt and disintegrated !!

I couldn't agree more with the points raised in this review. The property clearly hadn't been cleaned properly before our tenancy. They then had the cheek to point out issues on our Check-out, blaming us for them, when they had already been raised by them on our Check-in! They knew we had a newborn baby during our tenancy and yet did very little to hold our landlord accountable for the various damp issues throughout the property! A horrible money grabbing agency who cannot be trusted to follow t ...
