They made us false promises to get us to sign the tenancy agreement (fixed term), then it later turned out the issue they had deemed fixable within a week was going to take months to be fixed. Asking for agent's fees given they offered no assistance is ridiculous.

We had cheaper quotes from other agents, but found that a lot of agents tried to quote a cheap management fee then add on lots of extras. We felt we got good value for money.

Some friends of ours apparently had their property with IMS which was then taken over by Leaders, cutting a long story short, they had the most terrible time with them, they apparently found Leaders and the contractors that Leaders recommend to be totally incompetent! Our friends just kept complaining and finally Leaders apparently terminated their contract! so, I would suggest to just keep on being a bloody nuisance and they will kick you out!!!!!!! My friends now have a new agent running th ...
