Hi Emma please get in touch with the DPS and start your deposit refund process with them. The DPS will facilitate refund once you ask them yourself. Do not rely on Leaders promise calls. I had same experience like you about deposit with the same Hartshill office. I got all deposit back after a long delay by a DPS form online. Keep records of your dealings with Leaders regarding your deposit for possible dispute resolution purposes. ...
