We're just going through the same scenario with our son. The flat was disgusting when he moved in and clean so much better when we moved him out, leaders are trying to charge for the same items as you were. Absolutely disgusting service from leaders with no help whatsoever. We have email correspondence with complaints from the start, photos of his bed and mattress, sofa and clothes that had to be thrown away because of damp and they have the cheak to try and charge him for fictional complaints ...
