As others have mentioned in other reviews of them, they also spring ridiculous admin fees on you when you're moving in. Definitely not unique to Leaders but toxic anyway and made more laughable by their refusal to ever actually do their job.

I felt Leaders were on the expensive side and was suprised at the cost, however it's been a long time since I have moved and leaders were the agents responsible for renting the property I was interested in, so I paid without quibble, I really wanted the property.

I currently live with a property ran by leaders and I have the exact same problems now. no response mouldy bathroom mouldy bedrooms and no curtains in one room which were promised to be replaced however 6 months on and still nothing done.. we don't even have fully operational radiators ...
