I am very impressed with Johnsons and Partners. They responded quickly to a request for a valuation and the advertisement went live over a bank holiday weekend - yes they were working over the weekend. Our first viewing took place later that day. Our house looked good on the website - the photographs were done by a professional photographer. Johnsons were prompt at seeking feedback after viewings and we sold in the second week.

I have bought and sold my share of houses but I have never worked with such polite, professional and well organised people. They kept in touch, represented me and my family's interests superbly and supported me diligently throughout the entire process. If I could give six stars I would. Highly recommended.

Excellent, professional and friendly service.
From the initial point of contact through to the successful completion of the sale nothing was too much trouble. The brochures produced were exceptionally high quality. The team arranged and vetted the prospective buyers. They managed the viewings and ensured that brochures were available to every viewer. As a result two full asking price offers were made after the first group of viewings. The teams support during the exchange process went above and beyond and they even assisted with progressing the purchase of our new home. Put simply I can not recommend Johnson's and partners highly enough, they are superb! Thanks again Martin, Sally and family.

We outsource the services of a recognised credit-referencing agency to ascertain applicants’ suitability. • Arranging an EPC, Gas Safety Certificate, Electrical check and Legionella Assessment if required (Payable by the landlord) • Provide an up to date tenancy agreement. • Collect and transfer the initial rent (minus any fees into the landlord’s nominated bank account. • Register the deposit with the DPS • Provide a detailed property inventory, carried out by a third party.
