This company is to be avoided. Customer satisfaction is not high on their list of priorities. Unprofessional and very poor communicators, they are a waste of space. If you want to buy or sell a house in the Saltburn/East Cleveland area use one of the other local agents who are all much better than these clowns. I had my house up for sale with this agent for 10 months, not a single inquiry, moved it to Robson and Carter over the road, 3 viewings in the first week and sold within the month. Avoid Inglebys, they are rubbish.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
