After being recommended to Independent London by a good friend and rental investor, I was delighted to meet the team who where so easy to deal with, full of knowledge and genuinely always go the extra mile. We had a leak one evening and David went to have a look himself late at night to see if he could resolve the problem. By far the most effective agency we have ever used and we will continue to go back to them within all of our flats as they become available. The best tenants like dealing with them also, as Independent understand how to handle people and don't just treat each let as a transaction or a fee, I believe they care about matching the right home to the right people.

Independent London is a very friendly and professional firm.
I dealt with Steve who is very knowledgeable and experienced in the local area. Abbie ensured everything ran smoothly and that I was kept informed of progress. I never had to chase and neither did I feel hounded by numerous phone calls. What I liked most is the efficiency of the service and the friendliness of the team. They made me feel I could leave them to get on with things without having to chase and the entire process was executed seamlessly in the shortest time possible.
I even received flowers when I had my little one which was a very thoughtful touch!
I would and have already highly recommended this firm.

I have two properties in central London, both of which I have let through Independent London. I would recommend their services without reservation. I've always found all their staff - particularly David, Steve and Abbie - to be efficient, honest, friendly and incredibly helpful. They really do bend over backwards to make the whole process of letting a property as hassle-free as possible. And their fees are extremely reasonable too, which is another huge plus in their favour. Thanks to them, I now have excellent tenants in both my properties.

Abbie provided us with a great viewing and was very helpful in arranging for follow up viewings so that we could make the final decision. She made the whole process as smooth as she could and was quick to respond to any queries/issues. Even after the sale completed she was on hand to make sure the vendor returned the washing machine he had agreed to leave and then took with him.

They were so much more personal and pretty much always got back to us within the day when we were enquiring about any issues, even giving us helpful advise regarding recommended solicitors. Over the years we've had some bad experiences when renting and when we were looking to buy regarding agents not turning up for viewings and rushing us to look around the property. With such a large amount of money to put down as a deposit and agency fees you'd think agents would let you take your time to confidently make the right decision- Abbie and Steve were both so genuine and we felt so comfortable with them from the beginning. It was so refreshing after our previous experience with Foxtons was something we do not want to remember. impersonal money grabbing monsters. Independent London may be a smaller agency however don't let this put you off. They are quality rather then quantity. We've been so impressed with our experience we'd be happy to recommend them

Independent London were excellent in helping us secure our apartment. Their fees, for the services they provide, were very fair. We moved from overseas and rented out the apartment without even being able to look at it, but they were extremely accommodating and made the entire process seamless for us. Jacqui, the agent we dealt with the most, was always polite, friendly, and transparent in her communication with us. We never once felt that we were being taken advantage of or were being forced into making any decisions. I highly recommend them and we will definitely use them again for any of our future moves!
