With House2Homes Estate Agency, we will not give you a reason to complain, However if you feel you need to, our Complaint policy is set out below. If you have a complaint relating to House2Homes Estate Agency Limited, we would ask you to talk to us about the issue or concern you may have. The first stage is by emailing us at

Your letter should clearly state why you are dissatisfied. Our team will aim to deal with the complaint efficiently and fairly in accordance with our complaints procedure A letter of acknowledgement will be sent to you within three (3) working days. This will allow the company to carry out an investigation in regards to your compliant. We may ask for additional information, if this is required to assist in resolving the matter. A formal written outcome of this investigation will be sent to you within 8 weeks.
In all but exceptional cases, upon receipt of your complaint, House2Homes Estate Agency will have issued you with its final response by letter, this will be accompanied by the Ombudsman for Estate Agents Consumer Guidelines.
