Hemmingfords began as a husband and wife team with a passion for property. Together, Faz and Rose set up Hemmingfords with the real desire to make the property process better for both Tenant and Landlord.

at the forefront to ensure we deliver an exceptional service from start to finish and beyond. As a family run business, we pride ourselves on our personable service. We are always reachable. We always call back when we say we will. We are there with you in what can be a stressful process to make it a smooth, kink-free experience. We don’t beat around the bush. We are to the point, honest and approachable. We offer a range of services dealing with renting, letting and property management covering areas in Islington, Shoreditch, Clerkenwell, Hackney, Bethnal Green and the City.
We live and work in the area so our local knowledge is weighty. If you want good recommendations for restaurants, bars and bakeries we are pretty confident to let you in on our secrets. We really do love our work, area and environment. We care about it too. Being a property company in the heart of London we know too well that the pollution here is relentless. That’s why we decided to go eco from the get go. All our company cars are 0 emissions, meaning we get from A to B in our eco friendly electric cars! We try to reduce printing where we can so all our contracts are signed online and copies can be downloaded and viewed at any time via your own personal property portal. We like to go that extra mile where we can. We always strive to go above and beyond our customer’s expectations in every aspect of our service. That’s why our customer service has the reputation it has. We are people’s people, treating you as an individual not a number in our books.

Although, all of them very sweet but I've had a terrible experience with them.
After let was agreed, references passed, full deposit paid as well as tenancy sent to sign I had only requested to just go over and see it again only to see how big the wall is inside. No major issues.
Anelia sent the landlord to show me the flat instead of coming herself.
I had been messaging her and had an understanding that she is coming.
Very strange as I said I do not feel comfortable about being shown by a landlord.
Why go through an agent then? and within just an hour I got email that now landlord does not wish to proceed! because I emailed. I had no idea they were cc'ing the landlord. I did not even email initially I had called but they replied on email with cc to landlord which I didn't notice until later anyway.
I was supposed to move Aug 1 and here I was just few days less than a week away from moving.
They didn't even bother calling me until I told them to that I'd ve appreciated a call back instead.
I was told landlord didn't like the tone of emails which were intended for them{agents} and not landlord.
I felt discriminated, kicked in the teeth and abused.
I don't know how they can get away with this.
A successful let and my move taken away from me and then they were checking someone else's references.
This is the kind of landlords they deal with? They wasted my 3 weeks time
I have a notice on my flat and here I am stranded still with nowhere to go!

I had been messaging her and had an understanding that she is coming.

Both Doviltas and Rose were excellent at securing us our rental property at a reduced rental figure to what was advertised. Doviltas in particular seemed to have good knowledge of the area and could tell us how well the rental market was performing when we were looking for properties. We particularly liked how easily contactable they were, if we had any queries we sent a message to them via Whatsapp and received instant responses. One of the best estate agents that we have dealt with and would definitely use them again.

Excellent service.
Dov was very friendly and helpful from the beginning. He understood our needs, and showed us a property that was a good fit for us. He knew everything about the area that helped us a lot to make the right decision. After we decided that this is the right property for us he helped us throughout the process with no unnecessary delays and in just a few days we moved into our new home. Next time I'm looking for an apartment in the area I will definitely contact Dov again.

Honestly the best process in finding a property in London. Doviltas contacted us with a property that met all our criteria, including location, had us at viewing the same afternoon and we had signed the tenancy agreement the following day.
