Hausman & Holmes were recommended to me as the best agents in NW London, so the bar was set pretty high, but they did not disappoint. Despite the challenges of operating through lockdowns and selling a property that was in poor condition, Adam was always enthusiastic, professional and gave excellent advice throughout. Managing the expectations of buyer and seller is always tricky, but Adam proved to be a juggler extraordinaire. I felt like I was in safe hands and that peace of mind is priceless.

I have approached Housman & Holmes to sell my house some 2 month ago, within days it went live and had viewing.
Within couple of weeks, I had an offer, which I accepted (very close to the asking price)
They gave me their personal and professional service, which lead to contract being, exchanged a couple of days ago.
I suppose that their strength is being a family run business and their knowledge of the area.

Professional, sincere, and honest throughout the process. The initial suggested valuation was lower than what I wanted to hear, however eventually the property sold for the price they anticipated initially. Overall service was good, I would have preferred more viewings and more offers, however this was always going to be difficult with covid-19 limitations. Nonetheless, they found a committed and serious buyer. Overall I'm happy with the outcome. I have now used H&H twice, and will use them again in the future.

Once you decide to rent a property through Hausman and Holmes, the following fees will apply. Before the tenancy starts payable to Hausman and Holmes Holding Deposit: Equivalent to 1 weeks rent. (A holding deposit is requested from a tenant to reserve a property whilst reference checks and preparation for a tenancy agreement are undertaken.) Deposit: For tenancies with an annual rent of less than £50,000 the deposit shall be equivalent to 5 weeks rent. For tenancies with an annual rent of £50,000 or more the deposit shall be equivalent to 6 weeks rent. Your deposit plus the first month's rent in advance will be due in cleared funds prior to the commencement of the tenancy. All clients deposits held by Hausman and Holmes are held in accordance with My Deposits (TDSL).
