An absolute pleasure dealing with Gooding & Co. Excellent service throughout the sale. It was never going to be easy to sell our elderly relative's home, the property was run down & needed a lot of work. There were a lot of ups & downs over several months - all of which were handled promptly, patiently and efficiently by Mick. The words "Sale Completed" came as a joy to us all! Many thanks Mick, your hard work & constant faith that we'd get a sale eventually was very much appreciated.

We went with Nicky to sell our house after hearing good things from all angles. I cannot fault the service provided, Nicky was quick to respond and provided a realistic and achievable valuation, with clear costs and expectations from the outset.
Nicky told me she thought the house would sell fast, and she quickly delivered on that by selling the house in just 48 hours the full asking price.
Throughout the sale, Nicky was at the end of the phone to help with any questions or queries along the way. Quickly resolving any issues and keeping things moving along in background.
I would recommend Gooding & Co every time anyone looking to get their home on the market.

When we decided to sell our property, we researched local agencies. We contacted Nicky at Gooding as they stood out head and shoulders above the rest. Nicky was professional, friendly and, most importantly, knowledgeable about the area and market trends. We listed the property through Nicky and received an offer from the first person who viewed it! Nicky kept us up to date with progress throughout the sale and intervened when necessary to chase up paperwork, etc. The whole process was smooth and stress free and we have no doubt a lot of this can be attributed to Nicky’s services. She is an excellent representative of Gooding and we would highly recommend her, and Gooding, you are looking to buy or sell a property.

Mick measured the property and gave me a true valuation, unlike the previous three Estate Agents who came with details of sub standard properties that were sold in the area. Our property had been refurbish to a very high standard and these three Estate Agent recommended we put the property on the market at a value of £25,000 to £50,000 below Mick's recommended valuation. These three Estate Agents were only looking for a quick sale and their commission. Also these Agents fees were a lot higher than Mick quoted.

A purchaser was found within a week and the offer was accepted. Mick assisted the first time buyer through the various stages of the conveyancing and helped to make the transaction proceed very smoothly and quickly. Mick was very good at keeping me informed with the latest updates as the sale progressed and he even rang me on a Sunday morning which I didn't mind.
I would highly recommend Mick Gooding & Co Estate Agents to anyone.
