On meeting estate agent representative, at hill farm on Friday 7th September 11am , she did not say who she was , I said I am sorry we are late (5 mins ) as we could not find the property , she greeted us with never mind you are here now , we went inside , she seemed as if she was in a rush as we looked around she said ok and moved to next room , we did not have time to look properly , we were back in the car for 11.20 , I have never experienced this before , we will not be using Eden again

Quite literally the worst estate agents i have ever come across. If there was an option of 0 Star i would probably choose it but 1 is certainly above and beyond their value. Contact is horrendous. Service is non existent, professionalism i don't even know if they are aware of the meaning. AVOID at all costs.

Eden estates in plumstead let our property out last year in 2014. From the beginning they were inefficient. I had to remind them that they need to do an inventory and landlords gas safety certificate before the tenant went in there . Then they charged and overcharged us for the work they did not do. They never returned our calls and kept making excuses. Their staff was extremely rude and so was the manager Zeeshan and Mina. They not only lied to us at various occasions and caught them out but they also have now held the deposit in a DPS scheme which is held by them and they refuse to transfer it to the new agent as they take it personally that we left them. The new agent has tried speaking to them and they have refused to release it to them . The lady Mina was extremely rude and did not care about even speaking properlyand terminated the contract giving us 1 day notice when they are supposed to give us a months notice . I am now waiting for them to release the DPS to the new agent which they refuse to do.
