Outstanding personal service! This is the third time I have used Colemans and I continue to be impressed by the service I receive. Personal and professional, I received regular updates, emails and phone calls to say how the purchase process was progressing. Even nudging the solicitors to get the job done. I cannot recommend more highly.

Absolutely incompetent. The agents don't know what they're doing or how to make notes. The things I pointed out for a report of the condition of each room were not noted down. So when the landlord wanted to charge me for repairing everything I had no record of the poor condition the house was in. What is the point of using an agent when the landlord can just do whatever he wants? This is probably why the landlord used them. Would not recommend to those looking to rent. However, this estate agency is perfect for landlords looking to rip off tenants.
