Was looking for a property to rent through bryants beckton. Wasted my time took a whole week just to start checks. Promised me i will be getting my keys on a wed week after making me go in and out only to find out on that Wednesday that they have not even started any of the paperwork left me homeless with my kids. These guys are cowboys do not waste your time with them. Their staff are scruffy unprofessional. Hasun is an absolute bell end kol

I sold my rental property through Bryant's in Beckton, with Les Estall. The whole experience went smoothly and Les kept me informed and updated with the progress of the sale at all times. I would highly recommend Les and his Team at Beckton. At the time of the sale I was quite anxious about the process and how long it would take, Les went out of his way to ensure my deadline was met and I cannot thank him enough for his person centred approach, he was truly fabulous!

Completely unimpressed. I had scheduled a viewing in East London, showed up and wait for 25 minutes. Les was a no show. When I called to ask where he was, I was told my viewing had been cancelled- by me. I asked how that was possible, as we had literally spoken the evening before, via telephone, and it had been confirmed. There is a difference between cancelling and confirming. He acknowledged that we had in fact talked and we rescheduled to today. Again, no show. Rude, unprofessional and uncommunicative. Disgraceful service. Avoid!!

Rhiannon at Bryan Estates was super lovely organising a flat for myself and my friend. She was very quick to reply to our messages when we were putting in the offer. The only thing that worried us was having to pay the first month rent and deposit before having a fully signed contract but that all worked out fine in the end and we're very happy with our new flat! They also have us a very nice welcome package for an added benefit :)

Normally, all estate agents companies that I dealt with in the past, after accepting offer stop viewings and do not accept any other offer!!! Imagine if we paid thousands for solicitor in that 1 week period then we could have lost so much more money. Luckily it is just £100 that we lost now!
OBVIOUSLY THEY CANNOT BE TRUSTED!

We went for a viewing in Beckton, on the beginning of April and we decided to take the property. It was located in a beautiful residential and quiet area. During the viewing they told us the fees would be only 540 agency fee, nothing else, and that the landlord would be managing the property from there. Once we went to leave the 500 holding fee for the house and sign the binding contract, they told us that there would be more 200 and something for inventory but 100 and something for check in fee!! Also, they told us the agency is managing the property and every year we would have to pay to renew the contract!! When I told them that it was not what they told us during the viewing, they said that M*, the person who showed us the house wasn't sure about it!!!! Anyway, because we really wanted that house, we decided to go ahead with the deal and we left the holding deposit and signed the contract!
Then, 2 DAYS BEFORE THE MOVE, these people told us THAT WE COULDN'T MOVE because there was some problems with the landlord!!! So 2 days before the move, when I had everything packed, all necessary arrangements done, having to leave the house where I was staying with a truck full of furniture and personal belongings! Bryants, this despicable agency, didn't even bother to give us the exact reason why we couldn't move, neither give us the landlord details so we could try deal with him directly. Instead, they refuse even to meet us, and just said, here's your money back, now sort out yourself!!!! They also said - No worries, we have good news, you can take this house in West Ham that is exactly the same, but without garage. SO, after everything what they done to us, they were still expecting to take money from us, offering us a horrible house in a horrible area, saying "it's exactly the same as the other one"!!! I wonder where this kind of people come from! Bunch of maggots...
