Blue Sky Property Agents are first class! I received a professional and friendly service throughout. Most of my dealings were with Clare Ball, who was extremely competent, enthusiastic and very helpful. I would thoroughly recommend these Agents to anybody seeking to sell or buy property.

They lied ompulsively throughout which threw my plans into disarray at a very difficult time. Do not believe a word they say and do not expect an apology when they are caught out lying. Staff have short tempers and bad manners. They even resorted to falsifying an email, how disgraeful.

If Blue Sky thinks this review is inaccurate, they can sue me - but they'll lose, so they won't.

Well. What can I say? Having been in the lettings game for more years than I'd care to admit(!) I must say Blue Sky really are ahead of their game. Having had my property well and truely mis-managed for a number of months (possibly years), I was advised by a friend to "give Blue Sky a go".
I'm very glad I did. What a breath of fresh air they all are! I was advised to speak to Matt by my friend as she had always dealt with him. I must say that not only was he a pleasure to deal with on the telephone, but he was informative and passionate in person without being pushy or pressurising.
A few months down now and not a hitch. Blue Sky have found me a fantastic tenant and Matt and Sue kept me fully updated throughout the referencing and check-in process.
I would recommend Blue Sky to anyone thinking about renting out their property.

I moved to Blue Sky following poor experiences with a previous agent. I considered Blue Sky as they had let property in the same area as mine and both landlords and neighbours were very pleased with the out come - as am I.

They are organised and professional, while maintaining the personal touch.

Their documentation is clear and comprehensive.

Their fees are very fair. 2 fees in particular are worth mentioning:- 1. the management fee is only paid while the property is occupied and 2. the fee paid by a prospective tenant goes to the landlord if the application falls through to compensate for loss of marketing time and potential rent.

Rental payments come through exactly as promised with a detailed statement. I was given plenty of advance warning about how payments over the Xmas period would be affected by the Bank Holidays.

I have only been with them since the middle of November but am very impressed.
