After another Estate Agent (no names mentioned!) put my house up for sale last year, they couldn't get the price that they had told me it was worth. (I thought it was too high at the time but they convinced me that they had 'many waiting buyers')
I then got Best Homes in who were very professional & re-valued it properly. With the proper marketing of my house I am very grateful that it then resulted in a quick sale which I was very impressed with.
I will never use another Estate Agent again
They truly are the BEST HOMES!
