Tenant Fees

Full Management Service
5.75% (inc. VAT), On Completion

For our Full Management Advanced service the fee is reduced to 5.75% and is to be paid upfront for the term of the tenancy but no more than 12 months upfront.

Our Full Management Service is at 8% per month but can be reduced to 5.75% by opting into our Full Management Advanced Service where you pay the term of the tenancy upfront but no more than 12 months.
