This agency is not the best one in the area. Throughout my tenancy I asked for repairs (oven which was looked at twice, but never fixed, big burn marks from previous tenant), did not know what the air filters were until I came close to leaving, and permission to have a couple small animals. Initially I was happy with Baselets in helping us locate a property however when it came time to close out the process (end the lease), we found Baselets to be very difficult. Not made the closing out process so difficult. They gave us different stories and made it difficult to contact the landlord.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
