Disingenuous promotion.
Property advertised as P.O.A. (price o n application), upon application I received a reply from Leo Llewellyn advising me that it was 'best offer'.
further representations were ignored.
Seems like a gang of pirates!

NASTY HORRIBLE COMPANY :
This company are hopeless. They are also bullies. Always making mistakes and sending threatening letters and escalating actions at very very short notice. Honestly if you can avoid them you must. I only gave them one start because i couldn't give zero. Nasty people, nasty company, nasty way of doing business. Getting the hint? They are chasing us of monies that THEY miscalculated 3 years ago and gave us a week to pay and sent debt collection notification half way through that week despite giving a deadline in writing which we intended to hit (at the last minute). This is to do with a building we moved out of 2 years ago!!!

Constantly make billing mistakes on rent, such as trying to double bill me or falsely claiming I haven't paid my invoices - I've always paid on time. Tried to overcharge me on electricity as well. It is very hard to get replies to emails and went I contact managers, they are very rude. Completely useless.

If I could give zero stars I would. Avison Young is by far the worst company I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. I have been a commercial property tenant for a number of years and dealt with a number of property agents during that time. Without exception they have all been better than Avison Young. I'm currently having to deal with an aggressive Associate and incompetent administrator. They have committed a serious GDPR breach and sent out defamatory correspondence. They have ignored emails and repeatedly failed to resolve a situation I have been trying to sort out since 2019. The situation is likely to end up in court and I am starting a formal complaint against them with the RICS.

If you are looking for an agent to manage your property portfolio I would consider just about any other company before instructing these clowns.
I'm quite happy for any of my allegations to be investigated and I can support then with evidence if required.

I’m a customer and have been trying to get hold of a key to see a commercial property in Merthyr Tydfil . Abs appalling company . Tom Merryfield it’s appalling that myself and my son have been trying everyday for over a week and you still haven’t got back to us . Finally got through to brinsons and they have given us an appointment straight away ., your loss now . Wouldn’t recommend you to anyone !!!!

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
