They were incredibly kind, professional and helpful during the purchase. We moved and rented the property through AG in 2013 and never had an issue with finding good tenants and Helen was always on hand for any problems or advice. Having just sold the same property (going through the full cycle) with Lesley leading it was, again, a dream. So professional, caring, helpful and always offer great advice. Best estate agents hands down!!

Who says all agents are the same, Let me tell you that is not the case with Ashcroft Guest, in my view they out perform all of the others They have an in depth knowledge of the market which secured us a better price than we originally expected. Their presentation of our property to the market was very professional which helped us to secure an early sale in a difficult market. Once the sale was agreed it was closely managed through to completion and we were kept fully informed of progress all through the transaction. No hesitation in recommending these guys, do yourself a favour and speak to them!
