What agent could do to change your mind?
I believe the agent could have been more understanding and answered my questions and provided better customer service. More flexibility and less of a "suspicious" behaviour that makes customers feel uncomfortable. They may have had bad customers in the past, but that is no way to treat future customers. We ask questions because some estate agents cannot be trusted to you know. They should appreciate this and be more understanding and not expect us to have no security when parting with money. Felt like to much of a dictatership. Bad agency.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
