I was looking for somewhere to run my small business, other than from the cupboard under the stairs of my flat...Helmores looked at one option for me which was out of reach but then recommended taking a unit in the Creedy Centre, just below my flat, which has turned out to be ideal!
It's been a real positive step for me and my business and, although only in its first year since being self-employed, I haven't looked back. I would definitely recommend Mike and Beth at Helmores for their work in assisting me with my commercial leasing requirements.

Helmores really are the best lettings agency you could wish for. I've used them in the past and was impressed with the fair and professional way they managed issues arising with the property. On this most recent occasion they've been wonderfully helpful, patient, understanding and flexible as my/our plans evolved. As a tenant, the prospect of house hunting was not something I was particularly looking forward to. Thankfully, I came across Helmores in Crediton. Having a busy work schedule and in the middle of a turbulent period in my personal life, I was both relieved and surprised to have Helmores find me my ideal property. Viewings were carried out at my convenience, and credit checks were undertaken with the minimum of bloodshed. All communications with the landlord were carried out speedily, ensuring I was kept apprised of the move at all times. All documentation was prepared with the minimum of fuss. My son and I moved into our new property without a hitch. It would be remiss of me not to mention the sterling efforts of Beth who organised the whole move, and Jen who carried out the viewing. Well done Helmores for a trouble free move from a very, very, satisfied customer.
