I have been renting with Nelsons for almost 3 years now and it was excellent and pleasant experience right from the start. Leting agent and office staff were friendly and helpfull. If a problem occurs it is always being fixed within hours. Nelsons also provides very competetive rental prices and comissions. Many cons comparing to other agencies, for instance no renewall fee which guarantees you at least couple of hundreds savings per year.

We have recently moved out of our flat rented from Nelsons and our experience with them was far the best of any of the agencies we have worked with so far.
When we moved in, our Letting Agent was Adele Knight who was great, there was no bullshitting, she was pretty straight forward and not wasting our time.
Everything went smoothly with the move-in as well, during our fist week we found some minor issues around the flat and one bigger one with the hot water. As the property was fully managed by Nelsons we contacted Muniza Adam regarding these issues. The hot water was fixed the next day and the other small issues were taken care of quickly as well. Muniza was always quick the respond and very helpful.
We have moved out already but everything was perfectly coordinated after we gave our notice as well.
The whole Nelsons team was professional and the service was exceptional.
Unfortunately, we had horrible experineces with other agencies so Nelsons should be an example of how a Letting Agency should work!
Can only recommend!!!

upon arriving in London I had already arranged several viewings through Foxtons, Marsh and Parsons and Nelsons.
Knowing that I wanted to be in Clapham with only a week to find somewhere and as near to the tube as possible (who doesn't) but on a fairly tight budget I was asking alot!
When it came to viewings I became rapidly frustrated with both Foxtons and Marsh and parsons who seemed determined to let me flats anywhere but in Clapham and constantly told me that I wouldn't be able to find anything where I wanted and at the price I could afford!
Nelsons showed me 3 different properties all within 10 mins walk of Clapham tubes and 2 of them where at a lower price than my max budget, I also found that when asking about cost of fee's Nelsons where by far the cheaper option and I found them to be incredibly efficient throughout the moving process.
I viewed the apartment on a Saturday with a view to moving in the following Firday, Adele at Nelsons contacted me 1st thing Monday morning and went through the referencing process with me. I found her conduct to be first rate and at no point did I find the process to be complicated or frustrating as some other reviewers have described.
On the day of my move I was asked what time would be appropriate for me to come and sign contracts and pay the final funds, I went to the office at 6 and was all signed up and given the keys within half an hour of arriving. I was then told to meet the Inventory Clerk at the property and that He would go through everything with me at the property and answer any questions I might have.
All in all I found Nelsons to be a very pleasant and efficient agent, they managed to show me an apartment for the price I wanted and in the area I wanted which I was then able to move into within 6 days with no hiccups.
I totally understand that everyone's experiences are different with these things but of the 3 different agents I looked at properties through I couldn't recommend Nelsons Highly enough!
