Due to circumstances beyond anyone's control, the sale of our property was delayed quite substantially.
Many thanks to Evie Wheal, Elki Ekata, Helen Burston and Lisa Rennie who kept in regular contact over the period even when there wasn't anything happening. It was very much appreciated having someone at the end of a phone line/email to discuss my concerns at the delay and them doing what they could to hurry the proceedings.
And last, but not least, Alex, who measured up the house, got the super photos arranged and the sales info prepared very quickly and professionally.
Thank you everyone. I would have no hesitation in recommending Ryder & Dutton to anyone wanting to sell their home.

They even chased up the solicitors and gave us regular progress reports up to the exchange of contracts.

Great customer service with all staff involved. They kept us updated from start to finish :D Alex did a fantastic job getting the pictures first time, and then again the second time (with all the Christmas decorations down). The staff were all friendly to all the family members and even managed to handle viewings while our dogs were at home, making the experience less stressful for myself while I worked and husband was away. Thank you for everything you have done :D

The sale of my property was problematical in that the first buyer pulled out at the eleventh hour. However Helen was positive and persistent in continuing to market the property and diligent in following up every enquiry whilst keeping me fully informed at all times, for which I was very grateful. She was also ready to discuss strategy and give advice when asked. She also kept the buyer up to date as well as both sets of Solicitors. The sale has now gone through and I thank both Helen and Alex.

I was please with Alex who first spoke to me but Amy has been the person who kept me informed. I was taken aback when after completion i was phoned by the office to say Boiler not working. This was hard to take seeing it was less than a year old. Thankfully the person rang back the next day to say all was fine the people did not understand how to put it on. Overall everyone acted professionally.

From our experience and dealings with Ryder and Dutton in Mossley and Alex, we have found them to be extremely professional, with out standing customer service. Nothing is to much or to little. Alex was very clear and helpful with our valuation and also buying our new property. Alex is also approachable and helpful afterwards too. We have used Ryder and Dutton over the last 10 years and found them to be excellent and on the ball every single time. I know from our experience how they pride themselves with their customer service.
